Entering is a free, simple process.

To enter a category, download the application form and fill in. Once completed, email your application form along with your organisation’s logo and any additional attachments to

If you have different projects or entering in several categories, you will need to repeat the process for each individual entry. Please ensure you have completed all sections before sending.

Once your submission has been received, you will receive an automated email confirming your nomination has been successfully received.

Who can enter The Paperless Awards?

The Paperless Awards are open to any individual or team working within a public sector organisation.

Can I nominate myself or my company for any of the awards categories?

Yes, and you are encouraged to do so, by agreement with your public sector project partner.

Who judges the awards?

For each category, there are judges who are leading experts from within that sector associated with the category.

What are the judges looking for in an award winning nomination?

The judging criteria for each category of award differs. See each category for specific requirements by clicking the Categories tab.

What is the closing date for the nominations?

The closing date for all entries is 14th February 2018

Can we make multiple entries?

Yes provided that you make a separate entry for each project. Each project must address the criteria for its entry category.
